I know in all reality Jerry Falwell was just a social barometer for a man of his time. Nevertheless, I can think of nothing good to say about this guy. He made a career out of using his religion to channel prejudice and hatred while blaming every natural disaster or calamity in the world on whatever group was on his bad side (which basically encompassed everything except for rich white men in his career).
While I feel bad for his family cos I know there's somebody somewhere who's grandpa died, the world is most definitely a better place without this guy shuffling around.
