By Oingo Boingo has literally been lodged in my head for 20 years and I couldn't figure out who the fuck it was. It's featured on the opening credits of That Was Then This is Now. That movie isn't exactly ubiquitous, despite being awesome even if it is a really shitty unfaithful interpretation of the quite amazing book.
