Due to the relatively good performance of Omnicom stock and me receiving a referral bonus I didn't realize I was getting, I decided to go ahead and officially add this to my fleet of bikes
It should be here on Monday according to the UPS people. I'm pretty stoked about this. I've been bitching about needing disc brakes for awhile, so this helps matters greatly.
I've started laying out my schedule for summer rides too. If the weather doesn't fuck everything up (like it's been doing, save for today), May 3rd is my official riding season kickoff. We're making a 120 mile journey to Dekalb (that's roundtrip). Ironically I'm going to Dekalb this weekend for the Illinois Masters State Swim meet, so I'll be scouting out some cool spots to hang (the swim meet will most likely be done by 1 and lest I want to hang out at the Holiday Inn Express all day, I may as well see what's shakin').
