Not too long ago, my main ipod corrupted itself thus forcing me to reload everything. Upon doing this I never made any playlists, so more or less when at work I either put a specific artist on or have to let the thing shuffle through shit (It also erased all the obscure album covers I painstakingly found one night-don't ask I was bored).
Anyway, now that I have a feel for the kind of music I like to listen to at work (which can best be described as non-engaging), I created the following mult-personality playlist (which will no doubt be heavily edited/modified/appended in short order):

That's a very interesting playlist you've got going there. I'm surprised by some of it (Slayer 'Raining Blood'?). I noticed too that you've got 'Another Man's Vine'. Good choice my friend. I just happened to have picked up Blood Money the other day and really like it a lot. It's one of my favorite Tom Waits. Now you just need to get some Wesley Willis on there. ;) "Vampire Bat! ...Vampire BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT!!!"

Yeah I dunno, I always end up not skipping that song when it comes on shuffle so I figured "fuck it why not". It went through a few times today and it was cool.
Blood Money is indeed an awesome album. God's Away on Business has to be some of his hardest lyrics yet.

Yeah, you really can't go wrong with Tom Waits. Oh, and I just noticed you've got 'Starving In The Belly Of A Whale' off of Blood Money which is really really cool too.

Indeed. I don't have the playlist on the screen but I think two other songs are on the Orphans box set and then Hold On is from Mule Variations. All of which is mandatory listening for anybody who knows music (har har har).
So far that playlist is holding out nicely. I need more Oingo Boingo it seems.
